“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” John 15:13

What would you give a relative or friend in their time of desperate need?  Your time, your money… your life?  It may be well said that no sacrifice is too great for the people we love, but the fact of the matter is, our love is exclusive and often times, conditional.

God’s divine love for mankind surpasses our love for those we care for. It is inclusive, unconditional, and only found in the person of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ came to a world that hated and rejected Him but enduring the suffering and shame of the Cross, He died, was buried and rose again the third day —for you!

“For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” John 3:17.

TODAY, YOU CAN KNOW AND EXPERIENCE

GREATER LOVE THROUGH JESUS CHRIST!

What do we need to know?

1 Realise that God loves you.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

2 Realise everyone is a sinner.

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” Romans 3:23

3 Realise sin has a price that must be paid.

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23

4 Realise Jesus Christ died to pay your price.

“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

FINALLY, pray, ask Jesus Christ to be your Saviour, and claim His promise of eternal life.

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Romans 10:9-10

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13

” Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.” Romans 3:24
